Podcast Ep 24: The Shadow Side of Gratitude Practices in Relationships

I often observe people struggling with relationship anxiety attempt to focus on the good components of the relationship as a way to make themselves feel more good and certain around the relationship and feel less doubt. While gratitude practices in and of themselves are wonderful, there is a shadow side to it that can prevent you from having the breakthrough to feel truly grateful and at ease around your wonderful partnership. In this IG live, I share how gratitude practices can actually prevent you from accessing gratitude and what you can do instead.
