Podcast Ep 21: Working through Triggers with our new Co-coach Sheridan Ruth

I’m so thrilled to introduce Sheridan Ruth to our community at Anxious Love Coach. She is a fantastic yoga therapist, meditation teacher, and embodiment coach with her own experience with relationship anxiety. We’ve brought her on as a co-coach to support us in our client outreach and working in our deeply immersive and transformative programs. In this episode, we’ll be talking triggers: what happens inside us when we get triggered by a certain message around relationships, steps to navigate them, as well as what life looks like on the other side when you use triggers as opportunities to expand and heal. We hope you enjoy this episode!
