At Anxious Love Coach, our services combine deep meditative “inner work” practices centered around parts integration, shadow work, and awareness methods-- as well as the “outer work” around communication and masculine/feminine polarity (attraction science). We combine meditation and coaching techniques from our combined 10+ years of training along with personal experience in long-term partnerships, so that the work is integrated with mind, body, and spirit. We also have self-study courses available for those currently unable/unwilling to invest in a group or 1:1 coaching program working directly with us.
6 Month Group Coaching Program:
A 6-month women’s cocoon to transform relationship doubts into self-trust, nitpicking and controlling to deep presence and surrender, and boring icky dynamics into creative gifts for awakening.
In this program, Sheridan and I teach you the techniques to dig yourself out of relationship anxiety and find ease in your relationship. The lectures from the included online course (on Teachable) provide the frameworks for the work we do, and the group coaching sessions are designed to put them into practice.
8 Week Intensive 1:1 Coaching Program:

This is our flagship self-study course. Release your relationship baggage, fall in love with yourself and your partner, and develop trust around your relationship decisions.
