1:1 Coaching Program with Sheridan - 4 month Intensive

We might conceptually understand we’re with a wonderful partner-- yet our outdated belief systems and previous heartbreaks make us afraid to commit. This can often manifest as constant anxiety about our partners, much to the detriment of the emotional health of the relationship.
“Is he the one? How do I know for sure? Do I even love him?”
At best, you’re numb to your partner’s sweet advances; at worst, you push him or her away through nitpicking and controlling…
Perhaps you’ve tried other methods such as traditional therapy, courses, listening to podcasts and reading books… but you still feel a consistent and gnawing sense of unease regarding your partner.
In the 4 month intensive 1:1 coaching program, Sheridan will personally teach you the knowledge and techniques to go from feeling suffocated with doubt to feeling confident, grateful and abundant in your relationship.
This work is for people who are ready to take radical responsibility in their partnerships, as well as take a deep, self-compassionate approach to healing.

How our 1 on 1 coaching program works:
Each week, you’ll watch a module and reflect before jumping on your coaching call. Sheridan will then coach you on top of what you’ve learned.
These sessions combine deep meditative, reflective work as well as coaching you through your blocks to intimacy so that you can communicate with ease and find common ground with your partner.
During months 1 and 2, we meet 3 times a month.
During months 3 and 4, we meet every two weeks.
This schedule is centered around my menstrual cycle, which means 2 things:
A) On the occasion a call falls on day 1 or 2 of my menstrual cycle, we will reschedule to later that week. This time is for rejuvenation— and the most incredible, creative, intuitive downloads happen for me during this time, so I choose to make this a priority and shift the paradigm around running a feminine-centered business. I encourage you to take this into consideration in your own life also!
B) This schedule is designed so that there is ample time for reflection, integration, to review the content in the course you gain access to (Both Feet In), and to apply and practice what you learn in sessions.

Access to The Relationship Anxiety Alchemist Online School Facebook Group until January 31, 2023, where Natalie/Sheridan will do weekly live video Q&As.

Why work with me?
Sheridan Ruth is a Relationship Anxiety Coach, Yoga Therapist, and Meditation Teacher.
Brought to these practices by her experience with alopecia (hair loss) and struggles with anxiety, she brings a deep understanding of grief, trauma and living with uncertainty, to her work.
As one of Natalie’s very first relationship anxiety clients, Sheridan is well-versed on the methodology and philosophy of Anxious Love Coach.
She has worked extensively with clients on their own anxiety journeys, as well as overcome her own experience with relationship anxiety, and committed joyfully in her partnership with her partner Andres.
Sheridan has completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training Certificate in Power Yoga and Healing Sequence and completed a certificate in Yoga Therapy & Yoga Psychology, all while working as a yoga teacher, guiding women back to connection with their bodies and their selves.
We don’t take a textbook approach. When you work with us, you know we’re as invested in your success as you are because we’ve BEEN where you are and know what it’s like to feel suffocated by your own doubts. We wouldn’t be sharing this work with you confidently if we didn’t know in our bones that this work is THE direction towards ease and deep, fulfilling wisdom.
We draw from our extensive level of education as wellness coaches and bodywork/mindfulness practitioners, as well as from our deep wells of personal experience IN THE TRENCHES of the warrior journey that is powerful love.
At Anxious Love Coach, we believe that we have the power within us to rescue ourselves and own the process of being magically juicy and happy women.

We block off this time for you at the expense of other potential candidates in order to offer you professional and personalized expertise-- if you skip the call without giving us a heads up to reschedule/cancel, we take a hit to our business, a client loses out on your slot, and we’re left potentially an hour of wait time until our next call. Before I started working with Sheridan, I spent most of my days in my head. My thoughts were very chaotic and scattered and I had a hard time trying to ever shift out of that space. I lived in a constant state of anxiety and questioned everything and every decision all of the time. When I first reached out to Sheridan, my relationship felt confusing and uncertain. My partner of 5 years and I had moved in together and our relationship took a turn for the worst. He suddenly fell into a depressive episode, at a time where I was thrilled that we finally reached this important milestone in our relationship. Our energies were completely mismatched. Before I worked with Sheridan, I was agonizing about the future of my relationship. This would wake me up at night at times. I basically wanted a crystal ball to tell me that I would be fine and my relationship would work out. I reached out for 1:1 support because I knew I needed help to work through my anxiety about my relationship – my partner was great but I was having difficulty reconciling our different faiths and I was stuck in confusion and doubt.
I thought the main issue was my anxiety about my partner and I having different faiths. What I came to find was that my real issue was that I didn’t trust myself to make a good decision. I was looking to control everything I could, but I did not have safety and trust in myself. My inner world felt chaotic. Through my work with Sheridan, I learned so much about myself. I think the most important thing I learned was how to trust myself. I learned how to stay with myself when fear and anxiety wanted to get the best of me. Sheridan thought me how to make a home that was safe within myself, and from that place, I was able to find peace in myself and my relationship.

In Sheridan I have found a coach who is as personally invested as she is professional. Although I have had a lot of experience with therapy and coaching I am not disappointed - quite the opposite: I have come so far with her and with this kind of approach farther than I could have imagined there was in store for me.
